Geneva Classical Academy 2017-2018 Enrollment Timeline and Fee Structure 

Enrollment Timeline: All paperwork and payments must be submitted according to the following schedule in order to secure and hold your child’s classroom seat for the coming year

February 28, 2017 – Re-enrollment deadline for returning students. The signed Tuition Contract and $100 per student re-enrollment fee are due to secure your child’s place. March 1, 2017 the re-enrollment fee increases to $250.

March 1, 2017 – Open Enrollment begins for new families.

April 1, 2017 – The Materials Fee is due to continue to hold your child’s place. April 2, the materials fee increases by $50.

June 1, 2017 – Deadline to pre-pay tuition in full and receive a 3% discount; or, the first monthly installment payment is due (1/10 of total tuition). June 2, a $25 late fee will be assessed, and your child may be moved to the waiting list.

July 1, 2017 – The second tuition installment is due (1/10 of total tuition).July 2, a $25 late fee will be assessed, and your child may be moved to the waiting pool.

August 1, 2017 through March 1, 2018 – Remaining monthly tuition installments are due the first of each month. A $25 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the 1st of each month.

 * The non-refundable Materials Fee includes a GCA Yearbook. ** New families: As shown above, enrollment fee is due upon application, the Materials Fee is due as stated above, and tuition is due in full June 1 (or in the amount required to bring the family current on the monthly installment plan). *** For seniors who were also enrolled at Geneva in ninth through eleventh grades.
