Geneva’s dear founding father, beloved church elder, husband, father, son and brother in Christ, Bobby Smothers has gone to fully embrace his Lord and savior.  We mourn and feel this loss, but we mourn not without hope as he is beholding the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29)!  We praise God and we are humbled by his life, and the legacy of love and service he has left on so many.  It was his passion to let his life point others to the strength and grace of Christ to be put on display and that has truly happened.
