Timeline Fee Structure 2024 – 2025

All paperwork and payments must be submitted according to the following schedule in order to secure and hold your child’s classroom seat for the coming year.

January 31:

Re-enrollment deadline for returning students. The signed Tuition Contract and $100 per student re-enrollment fee are due to secure your child’s place. March 1, the re-enrollment fee increases to $175.

February 1:

Open Enrollment begins for new families.

June 1:

The Materials Fee and Activities Fee are due to continue to hold your child’s place. April 2, the materials fee increases by $50.

June 1:

Deadline for non-scholarship families to pre-pay tuition in full and receive a 3% discount is due either on the first (1st ) or fifteenth (15th ) of the month, based on the payment date selection made at the time of the contract execution. Late payment will result in a $40 late fee and loss of prepay discount. A timely tuition payment is required to guarantee your child’s seat in the classroom.

July 1:

For monthly payment plans, tuition is due on the first (1st) or fifteenth (15th) of each month, based on the payment date selection made at the time of the contract execution. Late payment will result in a $40 late fee. A timely tuition payment is required to guarantee your child’s seat in the classroom.

*For seniors who were also enrolled at Geneva in ninth through eleventh grades.
