Tuition and Fees
Timeline Fee Structure
All paperwork and payments must be submitted according to the following schedule in order to secure and hold your child’s classroom seat for the coming year.
January 31:
Re-enrollment deadline for returning students. The signed Tuition Contract and $100 per student re-enrollment fee are due to secure your child’s place. March 1, the re-enrollment fee increases to $175.
February 1:
Open Enrollment begins for new families.
June 1:
The Materials Fee is due to continue to hold your child’s place. April 2, the materials fee increases by $50.
June 1:
Deadline to pre-pay tuition in full and receive a 3% discount; or, the first monthly installment payment is due (1/10 of total tuition). June 2, a $25 late fee will be assessed, and your child may be moved to the waiting list.
July 1:
The second tuition installment is due (1/10 of total tuition). July 2, a $25 late fee will be assessed, and your child may be moved to the waiting pool.
Remaining monthly tuition installments are due the first of each month. A $25 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the 1st of each month.
August 1 through March 1 (of the following year):
Remaining monthly tuition installments are due the first of
each month. A $40 late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the 1st of each month.
