Tuition and Fees

Timeline Fee Structure 2026 – 2027

All paperwork and payments must be submitted according to the following schedule in order to secure and hold your child’s classroom seat for the coming year.

January 31, 2026 – Re-enrollment Deadline   All completed Blackbaud forms, the signed Tuition Contract, and $100 per student re-enrollment fee are due to secure your child’s place.

February 1, 2026 – Open Enrollment begins for new families.

June 15 and July 15, 2026 – The Activities/Books/Security Fee is due (half by June 15 and half by July 15) to continue to hold your child’s place.

June 15, 2026 – Deadline for non-scholarship families to pay tuition in full and receive a 3% discount.

July – December 2026 – Families utilizing scholarships will be on a 6 month payment plan. Tuition (less discounts and scholarships) is due the 15th of each month.

July 2026 – April 2027 – Non-scholarship families will be on a 10 month payment plan. Tuition (less discounts) is due the 15th of each month.

Late Payments Late payment will result in a $40/month Tuition Management late fee.

Multi-child tuition discounts are available for families with more than one child enrolled at Geneva Classical Academy.  For  K5-12th grade students, the oldest child is billed at full tuition, the second/third child is discounted $1,000, and tuition on the fourth+ child is discounted $2,000.  If the second/third child is a K4 student, the discount is $500, the fourth+ child is discounted $1,000.

A Pastor discount (with documentation of full-time pastoral employment with a church) is $2,000/K4-12th grade child. 

Discounts do not stack. Each student will receive the highest discount for which they qualify.
