The Second Annual Geneva Gala will be November 14 at the Lakeland Yacht & Country Club. This “Black Tie Optional” event raises monetary support for Geneva’s Vision Fund, which supplements operations and scholarships at Geneva.

The speaker this year will be Nancy Pearcey. Heralded as “America’s pre-eminent evangelical Protestant female intellectual” (The Economist), Mrs. Pearcey has addressed staffers on Capitol Hill and at the White House; actors and screenwriters in Hollywood; scientists at labs such as Sandia and Los Alamos; students and faculty at Stanford, Dartmouth, Princeton, USC, Ohio State, and the University of Georgia; as well as educational and activist groups, including the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C. She has appeared on NPR and C-SPAN. She is the author of several books, including Total Truth and most recently, Finding Truth.
