Geneva’s JV Men’s basketball team is having an unstoppable inaugural season.  On December 18th, they recorded a 44-42 victory over Tampa Adventist.  Ethan Whitehurst was the top scorer with 25 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocks.  Sam Lynn racked up 8 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals and 4 blocks; Clay Spence contributed 7 points and Conner Mundy supplied 12 rebounds.

On January 4th, the men routed Forest Grove Christian 60-20.  Clay Spence delivered 23 points, 6 rebounds and 6 steals.  Jackson Maravilla scored 16 points, 3 rebounds, 6 steals and 3 blocks; Sam Lynn contributed 10 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks and Brent Walters put 2 points on the board with 10 rebounds. 

The next home game is Friday night at 6:30 at Heritage Baptist Church.   Students can wear jeans and a Geneva Knights T-shirt to school to show their team spirit.  We hope to see you at the game!
