GREAT CAUSE!

16th Annual BuckFin Banquet

Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 6:00 pm

Invitations have been mailed, and we are rapidly approaching the BuckFin banquet RSVP deadline of Friday, February 21.  To fill the tent and hit our goal, we need your help!  BuckFin is the main event fundraiser for Geneva and our goal is to raise $100,000 to support this vital ministry. The banquet can only be as successful as you make it, and we need every family to support this endeavor.  

– First, and most importantly, we need the support of your prayers.  Pray for good weather.  Pray for good attendance.  Pray for our $100,000 goal.  Pray for the workers on the committee.

– Secondly, we need you to RSVP, attend, and spend. Buy dinner tickets and raffle packages.  Bid on the auction items. Recruit your business and family contacts. Help us FILL THE TENT!  Bid high!  Bid often!  It’s a Fund-Raiser!!

– Finally, we need sponsors and help in paying the expenses and acquiring the raffle and auction items.  You have received sponsor information, and it’s not too late to be a sponsor in any amount.  Give us a call, drop us a note, or send an email, and offer to help.  A few specific needs are as follows:

We need:

• Mountain and Beach Vacation homes donated for a week
• Guided Off Shore Fishing Trips
• $50/$100/$250 Gift Sponsors  for the Raffle prizes
• Can someone help with $1000  for door prize expenses?
• Must have: ADORABLE LAB/RETRIEVER PUPPY! 

To sponsor, all you need to do is provide the amounts noted, payable to Geneva Classical Academy, Inc.   All contributions are tax-deductible.  The committee will arrange for the purchase of the items, and you will be recognized as a sponsor. No gift is too large or too small!  Last year, we had many families send in $25 and $50 contributions.  Every dollar counts!

Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing you at the DANA Camp House on Thursday, February 28.  Please keep this event in your prayers as we seek to meet our financial goals and most importantly that the evening will glorify God.
